Who is responsible

Information & sources

We receive information you provide, such as name, email, delivery and billing address, order selections, account details where used, and support messages. Payment providers handle payment credentials; do not send card details in a support message. The site and its providers may automatically receive browser, device, IP address, cookie, session and interaction data. Providers may supply transaction, fraud prevention, fulfillment and delivery status information.

Shopify and other providers may process data outside your home country, including countries with different laws. Applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system or transmission is perfectly secure.

The store is intended for adults choosing products. We do not knowingly request children to create accounts or submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied information should contact us so we can review and address the request.

Rights, requests & complaints

You may contact the appropriate authority or use applicable appeal rights if a concern remains unresolved.
