Send a privacy request

Email service@kestralivo.com with the subject Privacy request. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, an applicable sale/sharing opt-out or help with another privacy choice. This is a working email request channel, not an automatic deletion tool.

Cookie preferences

Use the store’s privacy preferences control where available to manage optional categories. You can also use your browser’s cookie controls. Essential storage may be needed for the cart and checkout. Do not assume closing a notice changes optional consent. If no preferences interface is available, contact us for help; the email route remains available.

Marketing preferences

Use unsubscribe in an optional marketing email or contact support. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, delivery, security or return messages. Do not send passwords or full card numbers when making a request.

Verification & follow-up

We may request proportionate information to locate records and verify identity or an authorized agent. We assess requests under applicable law and explain relevant exceptions. Contact us again if you disagree with a response or need to exercise an available appeal right.
