Who chooses the activity?

An adult should select the activity using the actual item’s instructions and warnings, the learner’s abilities and the available supervision. Elementary science is the store theme; it does not replace a product’s verified age marking.

Are the images photographs of stock?

No. Catalog scenes are AI-generated illustrations. Background notebooks, leaves, surfaces and decorative items are not included unless the listing specifically says so. We do not use the images as evidence of materials, measurements, certification or tested performance.

What if a specification is missing?

Ask service@kestralivo.com before purchasing if dimensions, contents, materials, compatibility or warnings affect your choice. Do not infer an exact specification from an illustration.

Where do you ship and in which currency?

The storefront is configured for United States sales in USD. Standard delivery is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited delivery is $7.99 where offered.

How long should I plan for?

Allow 5–10 business days for order preparation after order/payment confirmation, subject to needed information, then 10–15 business days for standard carrier transport after dispatch. Combined standard planning is 15–25 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Can I change an order or return an item?

Email as soon as possible for changes or cancellation; the stage of preparation and dispatch determines what can be done. Return requests can be made within 30 days after receipt. Obtain return instructions before mailing an item. See the full policies for details.

How do I follow a shipment?

Use the tracking details in your dispatch email where provided. Contact support with the order number if the tracking is missing or unclear. We do not claim to offer a live tracking service on a form that only collects an order number.
